xWatts closes $1.8m pre-seed round

Great things take time they say.

We are delighted to announce the completion of xWatts's pre-seed funding round of $1.8M from Antler, Cambridge Enterprise, Parkwalk Advisors, R42 Group, Cambridge Angels of the University of Cambridge and 16 incredible angels who have been here for us since day 1!

We would also like to thank Ollie Purdue from the Antler team for his outstanding support and our chair Malcolm Brinded for his guidance and belief in us. We are extremely grateful to be working with you.

Beyond building and expanding our energy management software xWatts across the UK, Europe and the Middle East, yielding 25-40% in energy savings, it was an intense journey of countless meetings, presentations, and learnings. We are now growing on all fronts throughout Europe. If you know any large commercial or industrial facilities with massive energy bills and challenging ESG objectives, we would like to change this!
